AR Choice Management is a full service, licensed community association management company. Founded in 2004, AR Choice has grown to now provide services to over 80 communities in the Treasure Coast market.
This growth has been achieved largely thru referrals from satisfied owners and directors from some of the premier communities in the area. Our managed properties include ocean front condominiums, suburban single family neighborhoods, townhouses, and rural acreage developments.
Our founder and president, Alan Romano, has been a hands on property manager for over 20 years and he has assembled a team of experts with experience in every aspect of property and community management including construction, landscape and irrigation, carpentry, concrete and stucco repairs, paving, roofing, plumbing, and electrical. With over 50 employees, our team has the experience and resources to maintain and improve your property values in a cost effective manner.
Our administration team members are experts in community accounting, reserve analysis and budgeting, insurance, banking, and financing community needs. We work closely with local CPAs, attorneys, and bankers to take the worry out of financial and legal compliance issues.
Timely communication is the key to our success. Each of our communities is managed by a full time licensed manager, who is supported by full time assistant and an assigned accounting specialist. During business hours our receptionist will direct all calls to the appropriate party. After hours and on weekends we have a designated emergency specialist who can quickly respond to emergencies.
We offer comprehensive management services as well as services limited to your financial and accounting needs. We also offer planning and oversight for special projects ranging from fountains and gazebos to dock and pier restoration.
